Integration into the project team of our client with the following responsibilities:

• Hotel logistics.
  
• Principal contact to Fair Management and its contract partners for all performances related to the fair, such as rental of stand space, obtaining all necessary approvals, monitoring regulations, corporate presentation, sponsor activities, ticket handling, internet & router, internet pressbox, stand security, stand cleaning, arranging necessary utility connections.
•  Organisation of CIO support & internet connectivity.
• Logistical planning of all fair deliveries and on-site transfer of VIPs and personnel.
• Planning, coordination and control of stand and personnel catering during fair period.
• Planning and logistics of daily panel discussions and workshops in the auditorium and meeting rooms; planning and organising of the evening functions.
• Research and logistical handling of mail shots.
• Coordinating technical requirements for demonstrations with stand builder and technology supplier.
• Outfit research and fitting for the fair team.
• Planning and coordination of give-aways, speaker gifts and handout materials.
• Managing promoters and hostesses.
• Coordination of design and print.

End of March and frosty temperatures still prevail? Springtime is our preference and we transplant 2000 sqm in a car dealership to blossom like Wiesbadens's Spa Gardens.

Public event at a car dealership. More than 3000 visitors during the pre-Christmas period. Ongoing programme from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. In parallel more than 300 test drives, whereby drivers choose as "thank you" a Christmas Tree from the Enchanted Forest, which they can collect the next day. BILD (German mass daily) covers the event with a half-page editorial article.
